This is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection of Virus(Flu A, Flu B, RSV A, RSV B, H1N1,H3N2, and H1N1pdm09) and bacterial (Chlamydophila pneumoniae (CP), Mycoplasmapneumoniae (MP), Legionellapneumophila (LP), Bordetella pertussis (BP), Bordetella parapertussis (BPP), Streptococcus pneumoniae (SP), and Haemophilus influenzae (HI) in nasopharyngeal aspirate, nasopharyngeal swab, and bronchoalveolar lavage specimens.
